The life of a local church has its ups and downs. But when you step back to look at the big picture, God’s faithfulness shines through. On 27th October we gathered to give thanks to God for building his church at All Saints over the last 60 years. At a combined, all-age church service we sang God’s praises led by musicians from all our congregations, looked back through All Saints history, heard stories of God’s work in people’s lives, and gave thanks to him in prayer. Andrew Shead spoke from Psalm 126 – Joy remembered and joy anticipated. We planted a 60th anniversary tree, cut a celebration cake, ate lunch and had fun together. We look forward to another 60 years of God’s blessing as we join in his work in North Epping.
