Into Captivity

In Babylon, these exiles must learn the art of adapting to their hostile surroundings while remaining faithful to the God who reigns.

It’s 605BC and the Southern Kingdom of Judah is experiencing a catastrophic defeat at the hands of the Babylonians.  The first exiles – every future leader – has been taken from Judea.
