Return to your God: Hosea 11-14

To close 2023 we’ll be examining the closing section of the book of Hosea. Writing in the mid 8th century BC, as the Assyrian empire rose to become the superpower of the day, Hosea warns the northern kingdom of Israel in the strongest terms about their idolatry and faithlessness. Yet, God’s love and mercy are even more powerful than his people’s sin.
