The voice of the Lord
The voice of the Lord
Is over the waters
With power and strength
And glorious thunder
And the earth will shake
The trees will fall
As the voice of God is heard
See the flame burst forth
New life is born
And his people cry: “Glory!”
The voice of the Lord
Is mighty to conquer
The power of death
Is power no longer
And the lame will dance
The blind will see
And the dead will rise again
For the Word of God
Has walked with us
And he makes us cry: “Glory!”
The Lord enthroned forever
He is King
The Lord enthroned forever
He is King
The Lord enthroned forever…
And the earth will shake…

The Greatest Treasure
Yeah the greatest treasure in the whole wide world is peace with God
Yeah the greatest treasure in the whole wide world is peace with God
It’s the only treasure that will never fade
Even death can’t take it away
Yeah the greatest treasure in the whole wide world is peace with God
You can live for happiness or live for stuff but its all gonna fade away
Never ever feel like you’ve got enough but its all gonna fade away
The greatest toys that money can buy its all gonna fade away
Yeah the greatest treasure in the whole wide world is peace with God
Yeah the greatest treasure in the whole wide world is peace with God
It’s the only treasure that will never fade
Even death can’t take it away
Yeah the greatest treasure in the whole wide world is peace with God
What if the world makes you a star? Well it’s all gonna fade away
The biggest house and the flashiest car, it’s all gonna fade away
Earthly treasures like the morning mist are all gonna fade away
Yeah the greatest treasure in the whole wide world is peace with God
Yeah the greatest treasure in the whole wide world is peace with God
It’s the only treasure that will never fade
Even death can’t take it away
Yeah the greatest treasure in the whole wide world is peace with God
Yeah the greatest treasure in the whole wide world is peace with God
Great is Thy Faithfulness
“Great is Thy faithfulness,” O God my Father,
There is no shadow of turning with Thee;
Thou changest not, Thy compassions, they fail not
As Thou hast been Thou forever wilt be.
“Great is Thy faithfulness!” “Great is Thy faithfulness!”
Morning by morning new mercies I see;
All I have needed Thy hand hath provided—
“Great is Thy faithfulness,” Lord, unto me!
2
Summer and winter, and springtime and harvest,
Sun, moon and stars in their courses above,
Join with all nature in manifold witness
To Thy great faithfulness, mercy and love.
3
Pardon for sin and a peace that endureth,
Thine own dear presence to cheer and to guide;
Strength for today and bright hope for tomorrow,
Blessings all mine, with ten thousand beside!
The Nicene Creed
We believe in one God,
the Father, the Almighty,
maker of heaven and earth,
of all that is, seen and unseen.
We believe in one Lord, Jesus Christ,
the only Son of God,
eternally begotten of the Father,
God from God, Light from Light,
true God from true God,
begotten, not made,
of one being with the Father;
through him all things were made.
For us and for our salvation
he came down from heaven,
was incarnate of the Holy Spirit and the Virgin Mary,
and became truly human.
For our sake he was crucified under Pontius Pilate;
he suffered death and was buried.
On the third day he rose again
in accordance with the Scriptures;
he ascended into heaven
and is seated at the right hand of the Father.
He will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead,
and his kingdom will have no end.
We believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the giver of life,
who proceeds from the Father and the Son,
who with the Father and the Son
is worshipped and glorified,
who has spoken through the prophets.
We believe in one holy universal and apostolic Church.
We acknowledge one baptism for the forgiveness of sins.
We look for the resurrection of the dead,
and the life of the world to come. Amen.
Confession
Heavenly Father,
you have loved us with an everlasting love,
but we have often gone our own way
and rejected your will for our lives.
We are sorry for our sins and turn away from them.
For the sake of your Son who died for us,
forgive us, cleanse us, and change us.
By your Holy Spirit, enable us to live for you
and to please you in every way,
for the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.
Thanksgiving before Communion
Lift up your hearts.
We lift them to the Lord.
Let us give thanks to the Lord our God.
He is worthy of all praise.
We praise and thank you heavenly Father
for every spiritual blessing in Jesus our Lord,
in whom we have the forgiveness of sins, the gift of your Spirit and the hope of sharing in your glory.
We who were once far away have been brought near by the blood of your Son.
He loved us and gave himself for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.
Therefore, we lift our voices to praise you, saying,
Glory be to God in the church and in Christ Jesus
throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.
On the night before he died, Jesus took bread,
and when he had given thanks, he broke it,
and gave it to his disciples, saying,
“Take and eat. This is my body which is given for you.
Do this in remembrance of me.”
After the meal, he took the cup, and again giving thanks,
he gave it to his disciples, saying,
“Drink from this, all of you.
This is my blood of the new covenant,
which is shed for you and for many for the forgiveness of sins.
Do this, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of me.”
Father, we thank you for these gifts of your creation,
and pray that we who eat and drink them,
in the fellowship of the Holy Spirit,
believing our Saviour’s word,
may be partakers of his body and blood. Amen.
As we eat this bread and drink the cup
we proclaim the Lord’s death.
We do this until he returns.
Come Lord Jesus, come!
The Lord’s Prayer
Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name,
your kingdom come,
your will be done on earth as in heaven.
Give us today our daily bread.
Forgive us our sins
as we forgive those who sin against us.
Lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.
For the kingdom, the power and the glory are yours,
now and for ever. Amen
By Faith
“By faith we see the hand of God
In the light of creation’s grand design
In the lives of those who prove His faithfulness
Who walk by faith and not by sight
By faith our fathers roamed the earth
With the power of His promise in their hearts
Of a holy city built by God’s own hand
A place where peace and justice reign
We will stand as children of the promise
We will fix our eyes on Him our soul’s reward
Till the race is finished and the work is done
We’ll walk by faith and not by sight
By faith the prophets saw a day
When the longed-for Messiah would appear
With the power to break the chains of sin and death
And rise triumphant from the grave
By faith the church was called to go
In the power of the Spirit to the lost
To deliver captives and to preach good news
In every corner of the earth
We will stand as children of the promise
We will fix our eyes on Him our soul’s reward
Till the race is finished and the work is done
We’ll walk by faith and not by sight
By faith this mountain shall be moved
And the power of the gospel shall prevail
For we know in Christ all things are possible
For all who call upon His name
We will stand as children of the promise
We will fix our eyes on Him our soul’s reward
Till the race is finished and the work is done
We’ll walk by faith and not by sight ”

Lord I Need you
Lord, I come, I confess
Bowing here I find my rest
Without You I fall apart
You’re the One that guides my heart
Lord, I need You, oh, I need You
Every hour I need You
My one defense, my righteousness
Oh God, how I need You
Where sin runs deep Your grace is more
Where grace is found is where You are
Where You are, Lord, I am free
Holiness is Christ in me
Lord, I need You, oh, I need You
Every hour I need You
My one defense, my righteousness
Oh God, how I need You
So teach my song to rise to You
When temptation comes my way
When I cannot stand I’ll fall on You
Jesus, You’re my hope and stay
Lord, I need You, oh, I need You
Every hour I need You
My one defense, my righteousness
Oh God, how I need You
You’re my one defense, my righteousness
Oh God, how I need You
My one defense, my righteousness
Oh God, how I need You
Whom Shall I Fear
You hear me when I call
You are my morning song
Though darkness fills the night
It cannot hide the light
Whom shall I fear
You crush the enemy
Underneath my feet
You are my sword and shield
Though troubles linger still
Whom shall I fear
I know who goes before me
I know who stands behind
The God of angel armies
Is always by my side
The one who reigns forever
He is a friend of mine
The God of angel armies
Is always by my side
My strength is in Your name
For You alone can save
You will deliver me
Yours is the victory
Whom shall I fear
Whom shall I fear
I know who goes before me
I know who stands behind
The God of angel armies
Is always by my side
The one who reigns forever
He is a friend of mine
The God of angel armies
Is always by my side
And nothing formed against me shall stand
You hold the whole world in Your hands
I’m holding on to Your promises
You are faithful
You are faithful
And nothing formed against me shall stand
You hold the whole world in Your hands
I’m holding on to Your promises
You are faithful
You are faithful
You are faithful
I know who goes before me
I know who stands behind
The God of angel armies
Is always by my side
The one who reigns forever
He is a friend of mine
The God of angel armies
Is always by my side
I know who goes before me
I know who stands behind
The God of angel armies
Is always by my side
The one who reigns forever
He is a friend of mine
The God of angel armies
